1 x window bonding kit
In this kit is enough to bond 1 x medium sized van window, T5/T6 for example:
- 1 x primer wipes (to clean the window and body panel before applying primer
- 1 x jar of primer (to be applied to the window and body panel before applying adhesive)
- 1 x “cotton buds” to apply the primer
- 1 x tubes of 60 minute driveway OEM approved structural adhesive (applied through standard silicone gun)
- 1 x pre cut V nozzles for the adhesive
The only other thing you may need in addition to the bonding kit is a U trim. It’s a u shaped piece of rubber used to cover the cut edge and the inner lip, it’s available separately as you don’t always need it – If your carpet lining for example the carpet folds over the cut edge.
